Eclipse
is an open platform for tool integration built
by an open community of tool providers. Operating
under an open source paradigm, with a common public
license that provides royalty free source code
and world wide redistribution rights, the eclipse
platform provides tool developers with ultimate
flexibility and control over their software technology.
InferData is active in the Eclipse community, providing
training on advanced Eclipse topics, such as development
of Eclipse Plugins and use of Eclipse
Modeling Framework (EMF). InferData is also
one of the initiators of the Eclipse Graphical
Modeling Framework (GMF) technology
project.

The
OMG was formed to create a component-based software
marketplace by accelerating the introduction of
standardized object software. The organization's
charter includes the establishment of industry
guidelines and detailed object management specifications
to provide a common framework for application
development. Through the OMG's commitment to developing
technically excellent, commercially viable and
vendor independent specifications for the software
industry, the consortium now includes approximately
800 members. The OMG is moving forward in establishing
the Model Driven Architecture as the "Architecture
of Choice for a Connected World" through
its worldwide standard specifications including
UML, XMI, MOF, and CORBA ®, family of specifications.

is an active participant and frequent speaker
on modeling and architecture related topics
within OMG. InferData offers a range of courses
covering UML and MDA technologies.

Initiative produces a standard set of Java technology-based

Edition (J2EE), XML and Web Services technologies

the convergence of telecommunications and Internet-based
solutions.
InferData provides training in technical foundations
of OSS/J - J2EE, XML, Web Services - enabling
companies master the intricacies of J2EE for demanding

RosettaNet
is a non-profit consortium of more than 500 organizations
working to create, implement and promote open
e-business standards and services. It comprises
world-leading Electronic Components (EC), Information
Technology (IT), Logistics (LG), Semiconductor
Manufacturing (SM), Solution Provider (SP) and
Telecommunications (TC) companies.
By
establishing a common language - standard processes
for the electronic sharing of business information
- RosettaNet opens the lines of communication
and a world of opportunities. Companies adopting
RosettaNet standards strengthen trading-partner
relationships, raise productivity and reduce costs.
RosettaNet's
broad acceptance in the marketplace is demonstrated
by the growing number of RosettaNet-based transactions
being conducted, estimated at several billion
in annual revenues. With a proven record of success
in the high technology arena, RosettaNet is actively
expanding into adjacent business sectors, such
as logistics, aerospace and consumer electronics,
thereby enabling interoperability across multiple
