    Description
    "Overview of Enterprise Messaging, ERP and CRM Products" is a one-day, instructor-led course which provides a high-level overview of some of the most popular products in the areas of Enterprise Messaging, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The products surveyed include WebSphere MQ, TIBCO, Oracle, SAP and Siebel.
    In this course, we also discuss the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and show how the ERP, CRM and the messaging products fit in SOA.
    This is a lecture only course. The instructor will demonstrate some JMS-based applications on the instructor's computer to access TIBCO and WebSphere MQ.
    Objectives

    The main objective of this course is to familiarize the attendees with a set of Enterprise-class middleware products like TIBCO, WebSphere MQ, Oracle, SAP and Siebel. Another objective of this course is to show how these systems may be accessed as services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment. On completion of this course, attendees will be able to understand:
