Our Customer's Problem:
This customer is a world-renowned standards organization

duplication and did not contain
the precision required for proper testing of compliance.
The specification format and design
patterns used in designing the protocols created an
exponential growth of specifications and
did not enable reuse. -

Management and Distribution of Web Assets - Vignette
Our Customer's Problem:
Our customer, a leading provider of web content management
systems, had a platform that
helped manage the process workflow of creating web content,
before it went live on a web
site. Another part of the system dealt with creating
web content dynamically and caching the
results for efficiency. Both these systems were built
using proprietary languages and systems.
The problem was that their customers had trouble integrating
these systems with their own
IT infrastructure. -

Secure Member Area Application Migration - NYSTRS
Our Customer's Problem:
This customer is a non-profit organization that supports
its educator membership within the
public school district sector. It provides retirement
benefits to over 375,000 members.
The Secure Member Area application provides members
web access to their retirement
account information.
The application used Sybase tables to authenticate and
allow a member access to the system.
It also uses a batch process with Microsoft Word template
to generate the password letter.
Sybase stored procedures are used to create much of
this information. To populate the
member information, an IBM Gateway is used to gather
the information from current
VSAM files. -
